Q: How do I book a magician?

A: Simply fill in our booking form. We will email back to confirm we have a magician available and then payment is arranged.

Q: We’re having a kids party – how long do you recommend?

A: For smaller parties we offer close-up magic at the table which is very hands-on and the children will love seeing magic right in front of their eyes. For larger parties we recommend a living-room style show with the performer standing and children seated. In both instances we recommend 30 mins for the formal show and optional half hour extra for impromptu fun and tricks before and/or after the main show.

Q: How about a house party?

A: A stroll-around magician for between 1 and 2 hours is normally about right.

Q: And a wedding?

A: To make your special day go with a bang we highly recommend a stroll-around magician for up to 3 hours to be there for reception, dinner and in between.

Q: Can we choose which magician we have, and can we reserve them prior to booking?

A: You can certainly choose your magician assuming they are available. Your chosen performer will usually remain available for 12 hours while you decide whether or not to confirm the booking. After 12 hours we cannot guarantee they will still have your date free (they usually do), but if not we will suggest an alternative magician who we think will be suitable. Performers only become reserved for you after booking and completing payment (see Terms).

Q: How do you accept payment?

A: Via debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Q: Do I pay before or after the event?

A: Full payment is made before the event, within 5 working days of confirming the booking.

Q: Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

A: 95% of your paid amount will be refunded if you cancel more than 14 days before the event date. Please see full terms here.
